WELCOME TO MY HEALTHY LIVING BLOG

Welcome to my ever-expanding blog site. I trust you are enjoying your day. I invite you to browse the site, read the articles and enjoy my photography. Your opinion counts, so please leave a comment at the end of the posts. If you enjoy reading these blogs, feel free to pass the link on to any friends you think would also enjoy it.

The purpose of this blog site is 3-fold: a place for sharing general information, a place to share about spiritual matters that will help move us toward a healthier inner life and a place where I can talk about my business and the products that can help us experience better health. Note: This section, though still on the blog for you to read, is no longer relevant to me as I am no longer in business since I retired in 2010

Thank you for dropping by. I trust you will consider your visit worthwhile. This site is a 'work in progress', sometimes changing by the minute, so come back soon to see what's new on MY HEALTHY LIVING BLOG.

God bless you today and every day. Remember, "A joyful heart is good medicine" (Proverbs 17:22-NASB). Blessings and health to you and yours.

Diane

ANOTHER SNIPPET

Here is another snippet from my upcoming e-book.

Often our dreams die due to circumstances over which we have no control. Things inevitably occur to cause a postponement of our dreams to some later date, to a day which appears ever further off with each succeeding day. Our goal seems just beyond our reach. We allow ourselves to get out of touch with the dream. And so we carefully wrap it up in tissue, put it neatly in a box and leave it on a shelf at the back of our mental closet where it is eventually forgotten. Suffocated and starved, it ultimately dies. It gets buried in day to day routines, bereavements, family projects, job-related problems and the general cares and duties of this world. Life just gets in the way.

...You must have hope, something still better to look forward to, something bigger than today, bigger than what your life is at this moment...[Your dream] should be the catalyst that makes you want to do and be the very best, today, that is possible in all areas of your life...

Dream! Live! Love! Move up higher. Move ever onward. Don't become stagnant. Live life to its fullest by keeping your dream alive. Dream big!...

Yes I believe in having a Dream a,,,as you are a Christian you know the story of Joesph who had many dreams yet circumstances(Being sold a slave, Put in Prision, etc,,,) seemed to get in the way,,However He Never gave up on his Dream & God Blessed him for it...We must follow his example. His name in Hebrew means 'God has Added'...when we have Faith to Believe our dreams God can ADD them to our lives as well

  2. Matt: Thank you for your comments. I really appreciate them. Actually I have a short section in my book on Joseph.

I'm glad you find my blog inviting. That is a wonderful compliment.

As for the header, it's a photo I took at Waterworks Park in St. Thomas Ontario, about 30 miles from where I live. I originally had a different picture there, but when I experimented with this one, it stood out so well that I left it there. I have no idea what kind of flowers they are, but they sure are colorful.
