
You will notice the calorie counter. I hope you will make use of it. Although I don't usually count calories, it is probably a good thing to do. Calories, of course, aren't everything. Nutrition is the important thing, but even a good thing can become a negative if we eat too much of it and don't get enough exercise to burn those calories.
