We had a storm this afternoon and the power kept going off, so I had to shut down the computer and didn't get as much done as I wanted. As I wait for my dinner to cook I thought I would just add a quick post here. I don't have time to write the post on minerals today because I have to get back to where I am dog sitting to let Chelsea out and feed her. That's Chelsea in the photo. Cute, eh?You will notice the calorie counter. I hope you will make use of it. Although I don't usually count calories, it is probably a good thing to do. Calories, of course, aren't everything. Nutrition is the important thing, but even a good thing can become a negative if we eat too much of it and don't get enough exercise to burn those calories.
Well, I just heard the timer go off on my steamer (yes, I steam my veggies), so until next time, Healthy Living to all of you.
